Document Level Security and Versioning

In connection to my earlier mail, I would like to ask you all that is
there any way of putting together Document Level security and Enhanced
Versioning Control in sharepoint 2003. Can it be pragmatically done or
any vendors providing that.

You can use the backwards compatible document library which gives you
the functionality you had in SPS 2001...

Yes there are third parties such as TeamCenter. Do a google search and
you'll find info on how they can extend SPS/WSS to include things like
item level security.

cant we integrate VSS in SPS 2003, then may be we can
get the CM & VC

a message that he is working on doing that, i think u
can search for that message

You can look at Avanade. They have created a set of libararies that can be
used to implement item level security as well as some other features like a
recycle bin.
