Document Inspection : behaviour differs in dashboard

When I (workspace coordinator) try to edit the document profile (show
actions) in the dashboard site, it returns an error (permission
denied). However, when I do the same action by using web folders it
works fine.
How can I obtain the same behaviour as in web folder.
