Document Information Panel cannot create a new, blank form.
The form contains schema validation errors.
The element '{schemas.microsoft.com/.../propertiesRoot}properties' is used but not declared in the DTD/Schema.

I have uploaded a tempale for DIP which is in infopath (.xsn) format. This contain cascading dropdown boxes with values taking from xml file. When I use it in word document to show it in the DIP it shows the above arror.


Please help me to solve this issue.
