Document approval Workflow

In sharePoint v1 the document approval workflow features were quite visible. But
in SharePoint v2 (2003) I can't find those features.( Approval
Routes-Serial/Parallel etc.)

Can anybody please tell me where those fuctionalities are in SPS2003.
