I am using MOSS 2007 with ADAM.I have created 2 different OU
(Organization Units) for preventing users from accessing each other's
site. when I try to find out any user in people picker,I have to put
his first name.(if I put last name then it doesn't show any record by
tht last name). Also eventhogh I have set display name attribute in
ADAM as (lastname,firstname) for every user, whenever I try to search
for any user by putting his first name it shows me his email id instead
of the format (lastname,firstname).

Can anyone help me out with this?
