how to display key-words from docs ?

What is the name of the technique that displays key-words on SP blog sites which
are in fact active links to docs having these key-words?

How would I google this, have tried & failed for 15 mins?

Is this a standard MOSS setup or done thru 3rd party web parts?

If you are using SharePoint 2010 then you are looking for the Tag Cloud web
part. You can find it in the Social Collaboration category of web parts.

It can be configured to show tabs for the Current User, All Users, or for
the current URL for all users.

There are a number of blog posts on the Tag Cloud web part, but they are
mostly wrong because it changed between the beta time frame and RTM.
