I am working with a SharePoint designer workflow, where I have to display list
column type "Hyperlink" and "hyperlink description" in email using Add Lookup
Body option.
I coudn't find option to lookup the Description of the hyperlink column type of
a list item.
any workaround to access the hyperlink description to designer workflow.
