How can I make discussion threads(links) open in a new window.
Either with FrontPage or changing the site definitions.

Any Ideas!

A while back I posted an article how you can do this with a Links Web Part by changing the list template:

andrewconnell.com/.../...sListOpenInNewWindow.aspx

Also look at Todd’s blog… he had one of his CEWP examples that did this (I believe).

The portal, areas, team sites here are badly un-ghosted, not reflecting any changes made to the site definitions. I also did an iisreset.
