I am having some troubles with the discussion board web part. Users
with the readers rights can not start a new discussion, they can only
reply.
When they request the page they can see the option to post a new
message for less than half a second and then the option dissappears!
Only the "expan / collapse" option remains.
I have given the users Contributors rights, but this also does not
work.
Am I doing something wrong ?
