We are completing an Extranet using MOSS and just got a request from
the Project Manager. She wants to hide or at least disable the links at
the bottom of the all Edit and View forms for all lists and doc libs
entries.

We know we can go to each form and modify them, but perhaps is there a
generic setting to do this easily for that site collection or web app
only.

Is there such a thing? permissions adjusting perhaps?
If we really need to do this at the hive, can it be done just for the
web app?
