Different forms for different users

Asked By: Alec    Date: Sep 02    Category: Sharepoint    Views: 2160

I am using a task list to enter user1 request and I do not want user1
to enter the information that is supposed to be entered by the user2.
I created a form out of the NewForm.aspx and I have hidden columns for
User1. Is there a way i can do something where user1 will enter half
of the fields and user2 will complete the remaining form.

You can use SharePoint Forms Designer tool. It allows to personalize forms based on the current user permissions, membership and field values.
