Diagnostic Logs Settings

I would like to change the default setting for the Diagnostic Logs. Currently its set to : C:\Program Files\SharePoint Portal Server\Logs
What file needs to be edited to point the log files to another directory?

We are trying to reclaim some space on the C: drive and have all our log files in one directory.
