We need more context. You are trying to deploy what, how?

This is a full site deployment.

To expand further we run 2 web servers, 1 called Portaledit a place for
people to create their content and our live web server. We have a path
set up and a full deployment  path for changed or update content, that
error is from the deployment log report.

I've done some searching in the internet about this error  and many
(there are only a few) forum posts and blogs are pointing towards site
collection images and changed the library to major versioning only. I
have tried this, but it so far has made no difference.

Is this for v2 or v3? Are you using content deployment, stsadm/SPD,
backup/restore, export/import, STP, a Feature, a WSP solution, or custom
code to deploy the site? How was the site packaged for deployment?
