Dependant Tasks

Is there any way to create task that has something like sub tasks? Basically the task should have a few subtasks and due date on the task depends on how those subtasks are doing.

This is the function of Microsoft Project and I want to know if I could use it in the SharePoint.

Unfortunately you don't have this functionality out-of-the-box.

Either you will have to integrate MS Project with SharePoint (which is possible) or you will have to build this functionality. There could be a third part solution for this, but that's more than I know...

I remember they did some subtasks implementations there
