How can i delete or rename the folder in photo library

I've got the problem with photo library. I can create a new folder on it but
how can I delete or rename that folder because I cannot find the features on
that site. Anyone can help me out of this circumstance?

This came through with the "High Importance" flag. Was that intended?
Doesn't really seem like a High Importance kind of deal.

If you open the library in Explorer View ("View > Explorer View") you
can click it and rename it the same way you would in Windows Explorer.
Either use Right Click, rename or hit F2.

Its very simply...just change your view...select explorer view.
Now you have liberty to delete or rename it.
