DataView Properties & SP List ToolBar => Errors ??

I have a working dataview created with SPD saved as a page in a doc lib
(MOSS). In SPD for data view properties, general tab, I add SP List Toolbar.
Then the dataview WP turns to red errors within SPD.

What is wrong? Several other WEB post seem to have similar issue.
