I am trying to connect to an Access 2003 database in sharepoint 2.0 via
frontpage 2003 and am having a tough go of it.

I have a 3 server mini farm and the access database is on one of the
application servers. They are all on the same lan and share the same active
directory, but for some reason when I go to search for the file frontpage
can't find it.

I even copied the Access file over to the server where sharepoint physically
resides and still nothing. It's like the search function doesn't do
anything, it just says "searching" and I let it go for over half an hour..

Any tips on connecting this?

I tried importing the file to sharepoint as well and no luck.

Don't know whats up.

I am of course setup as the administrator with full control etc. so I don't
think the problem is there.

I have the frontpage inside out book from Microsoft, all 1200 pages of it
but it doesn't have a troubleshooter for this that I can find, just a few
pages on how to do it. I followed those instructions to a T.

I don't know if this matters, but the Access file is 340mb. Is there
some size limitation?
