Data Migrations

I am in the midst of creating a new SharePoint farm (2 WFE's w/ Windows
Server 2003 & 1 SQL 2005 box) and wanted to see just how big a project it is
going to be to move data from my current farm (2 WFE's w/ Windows Server
2003 & 1 SQL 2003 box). The new environment is in a new domain that is going
to be used moving forward and the current environment is in a domain that is
going to be 86'd in the coming months.

Anyway, I have SQL pros in house, but I am a SQL novice to be honest. Is
moving current data going to be a bug issue or not?
