CYGWIN on a SPPS server

Anyone have any problems installing CYGWIN on a sharepoint machine? I
depend on CYGWIN on my other servers to give me enhanced command-line (read:
unix-style) capabilities. Recently when trying to troubleshoot backups, I
realized I really could use a spree or even just a ps. I have some backups
hanging around that I don't know how to kill and a reboot would be
problematic.
