Does anyone on this list have time, energy and interst in customizing a web part for me for the Resource Kit Portal?

Specifically, I have a custom list that I've created with the tracking dates for chapter flow for the kit. The spreadsheet is wide and tall. I wondering if there is a way to modify the code in the part to freeze the left column chapter numbers and the top row of column descriptions so that we can scroll left/right and up/down while maintaining the column heading views and left-side chapter numbers.
