I created a custom theme and I'm using a background-image within the banner frame, works fine. But if the web page is not maximized or the web page is opened say one-fourth of the monitor, the banner wraps up and the text in the image overlaps with Home, Documents and Lists etc.

Is there a way to prevent this? Please let me know if I'm making any sense otherwise I'll attach a screen shot in next email.
