Custom Template and added a Link List

I have creaetd a Custom Template and added a Link List using the following code in ONET.XML

<View List="103" BaseViewID="0" WebPartZoneID="MiddleRightZone" WebPartOrder="3">

I want to display this list minimized on template.

Can you guys help me with this ?
