SPS 2003:

I have created a custom document library in a new area site
definition. In Onet.XML I have added VersioningEnabled="TRUE" to the
LIST element as follows:

<List Title="FCG Client Document Library" Description="This
document library provides a place to store project setup documents for
this client." Type="201" Url="FCGDocumentLibrary"
VersioningEnabled="TRUE">

Any idea why versioning is not turned on in the doc lib that is created
when I create a new area based on this definition? All other
attributes are fine (title, url, description, columns, etc.).
