custom look and feel

Am new to SPS 2003. I want to match our intranet design(look and feel) with
our corporate website. I dont know how to do it. Can anyone please guide me
as to how do I go about it.

Any help is appreciated.

A lot of the customisation is done through Frontpage (but becareful what you delete), or the CSS files which you can find through the following directory: \\portalname\wse$
