I am creating a custom document library definition.

I added existing site columns: _Author, _Comments and Keywords as
Fields with their definitions taken from the Fields feature.

I added these same columns to BaseViewID="0" and BaseViewID="1" in
the ViewFields element using <FieldRef>

I can create the document library with the views as defined.

When I upload a document or Edit the properties, only the Name and
Title show in the dialog box.

Does anyone know what I might do to be sure the additional columns
are exposed for data entry?
