We are using WSS and we have this weird issue when we upload a .csv
file to a document library if you click on one part of the link, Excel
will come up and if you click on another part of the link, the file
will open in straight text. I had never seen this before.

Does anyone know what is going on with this? We have tried this with
a couple of .csv files in a few document libraries to recreate this
problem.
