.css Not Working on Web, but Fine in Designer

SharePoint 2007. When I'm working in SP Designer, my page looks great
and utilizes my custom .css. But when I view my page on the web, all
my custon .css is ignored.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

How are you adding the custom css  (inline or URL) and where (master
page, page layout, etc)?

Thanks for your quick reply. My URL link to my .css file was messed
up. I didn't think to look there, because the page looked fine  in
Designer.
