Having turned on the flyouts on our top and quick launch, I've noticed
that the flyout menu items do not span the width when the itemname is
short. Ends up with a lot of whitespace on the content area. I thought
maybe the quicklaunch widths we're set to fixed widths. However, When I
looked up the code on the core.css, ms-navsubmnenu2 was set to
width:100%

I was wondering if there is a workaround for this issue on the Quick
Launch. Shane Perran had posted a fix for something similar on the Top
Nav by setting the width to 100% and we were able to get that resolved.
But cannot seem to find anything for the Quick Launch.
