Crystal 10 SharePoint Integration Kit

Asked By: Candice    Date: Apr 16    Category: Sharepoint    Views: 1691

This is just an FYI, but if there are any people out there that are
currently using Crystal Reports 10 (and are heavily dependant on
it), then you might be interested in the Crystal 10 SharePoint
Integration Kit. I think this is brand new, I only just heard about
it yesterday. It contains web parts that allow users to view
reports, and it's very seamless. I'm still reading up on it, but I
think it will definitely make lots of people in my company very
happy. The link to the information and download is here...

Actually, that's just what I was looking for,. good timing.

Do you have much experience with data views and reports  and creating single
page login sites for people  you want only to see certain relevant data?

Specifically; I want to display reports to around 150 different clients from
Quickbooks on my sharepoint  site and create alerts when the data changes or
is updated. I am using Access as an in-between to quickbooks and I have that
part figured out, but filtering the reports so that only the information
pertinent to the client is displayed has me a tad bit overwhelmed. Also, I'm
still not exactly sure how to setup a login for people outside of my own
company.
