I need help regarding creating a template for the existing site which has to be
used for other sites which look as common to the existing one.

For example... Site A (GlobalInfo) is the top-level site which contains Site B
(India)as one of its subsite which further contain 8
subsites(Site1,Site2,Site3....Site8). Now i have to create a template for the
Site B along with its subsites as one template..which can later be used for
making other country information(eg.,Japan).

I'm using SPS 2003 , wss 2.0 , VS.Net 2003.

Will it be possible using sharepoint central administration?
What are the steps to be followed or any document or online help available?
