creating a site in Sharepoint 2010

I have got below problems when creating a site in Sharepoint 2010.

1) How to create custom aspx page in VS 2010 and deploy from development server
to production server using Sharepoint 2010?

2) How to Export Dataview in Excel Sheet in Sharepoint 2010 ?

3) I want below scenario then can you suggest me how to i achieve it in SP2010 ?

Scenario : I have one Invoice list . I have to put one button to against
list item and when i click on that button then mail should go to accountant with
details of invoices in excel sheet .

Thanks in advance. I m beginner in Sharepoint 2010 and earlier working on .net
2005.

1.) Use Visual Studio and create a solution package (wsp).

2.) There is an Export to Excel in the ribbon (List Tools -> List).

3.) You can implement this with a workflow.

There is quite a learning curve to all this. I suggest referencing one or more
books. These are pretty good:
"SharePoint 2010 Development with Visual Studio 2010"
"Inside Microsoft SharePoint 2010"
