I followed the MSDN article on how to create a simple SP web part.

I was able to upload my dwp file to my webpart gallery with no problems but when
I try to add the webpart to my page I get the following error:
Unable to add selected webparts My Simple Webpart: Cannot import this web part.

I'm not sure where lies the problem. In the instructions it states to change the
trust level from wss_minimal to wss_medium in the web.config file; however mine
is set to wss_custom. I'm not sure if this is because I have some Bamboo
Solutions webparts loaded.

I left the trust level as is and just added my Safe Control Assembly code to my
web.config file.

Any ideas on what could be causing the problem?
