Creating an OWS Timer Job

I have to create an owstimer job for setting password policies on an
Extranet I built, but not entirely sure how to do it. I have searched a bit
for it, but figured I would reach out to the list for links on how to tackle
it.

As far as your particular implementation I wouldnâ€™t know how youâ€™ve designed
your password policies...
