Creating Form with Dynamic Field?

I must make form with dynamic field to manage list (add, edit
and delete).
the problem is the client doesn't have infopath.
so i figure it out, how about using custom pages to manage list data.
my question, it is a good idea to use custom page?
are there another alternative?

Why not create modified versions of the Add Item and Edit Item pages  in
SharePoint Designer?

it is not possible because some field  are need to dynamicly
show up depend on the combo box value.
