I have 2 custom lists on a MOSS site, list A & list B. List A has exactly one
row & contains "header" info.
An "on create" WF1 on list B copies the header info into the new row of B.
An "on change" WF2 on list B creates 4 new rows in list B under certain
conditions, works fine.
a) WF1 works fine when rows are created manually.
b) WF1 does not trigger for rows created by WF2.
What to do? Is this a timing issue/bug? Is this a permission thingy for the
system acct which I guess is responsible for b)?
