How to create primary keys in sharepoint list ?

Is it possible to create primary keys in linked sharepoint list. my list is
linked to access 2003 db. I appreciate if you share your thought on this topic

You can index fields, but there's no OOTB way to enforce uniqueness. Should
be some custom solutions, though.
