Create Page not working

I can create a new page but there is no way to save it. If I create a page
called test1.aspx and I use the "(Article Page) Article Page with body only"
layout, the file is saved and I am put into editing mode. The problem is there
is no way to save my edits.

Have you altered the master page?

There should be a link called "Exit Edit Mode" at the top right of the
default master page.

If you check the page  in.. It automatically saves the edits...!
