I am setting put a MOSS 2003 page for an ongoing project. I have layed
out and created a "Features list" for people to add new feature
descriptions. Two fields are to be linked to special template word
2003 documents.

Is there a way to set up new adds to the list to be able to
- browse for the document that they may not know the HTTP: to
or
- be sent to word with the template for the document, and return the
HTTP: when they close the form

I would love to enforce the use of the form with the second solution,
but I would settle for the first
