Create folders on SPS from my aspx page

I have my sharepoint site and I want to create an aspx page to add to that which
will create the folders dynamically.

I want to create folders on sps from my aspx page.
I tried for Microsoft.Sharepoint Namespace.
Can anyone please tell me how to create folders on SharePoint Portal Server
site programatically using asp.net.

I have Dot net on my machine and SPS and Project server on the server machine.
