How to create adc

I CREATED ONE DOMAIN AND I WANT TO CREATE AN ADDjITIONAL DOMAIN CONTROLLER SO
i saw some videos in you tube regarding to this issue but i did not get any solution can any one sole my issue

i created dc
then i started to created adc
my process --- run-dcpromo-ok- (active directry installitin vizard)- next

after this step iam not able to see any option like add addition domain controller
i can see only one option that detete active directory

what should i do can any one reply me plz

I just realized after testing the link posted, you can't access it by clicking it.
Copy and paste it to your browser.

Perhaps IE is not handling it as it should
