in our organisation there are a lot of documents are stored on up to
400 different workstations. We dont't want, that all these file
musted be transfered into the SPS.
How is it possible to use the searching/Metainformation features of
the SPS in order to manage the content in tausends of excel, word,
pdf files.
f.ex. a user 'right-click' the mouse and he is able to type in the
metainformation for this document on his computer.
everybody in the intranet is able to find this new dokument, with
the help of the meta-infos.
