Corporate Directory Solution

Any recommendations for corporate directory solution in MOSS 2007? We want
to use pictures as a browsing method. Most importantly of course is ease of
maintenance in terms of maintaining the employee list. Whether AD, CSV File,
DB Import/Synch, etc.
