Add this to your site URL
/_catalogs/lt/Forms/AllItems.aspx

This should list all the liste template, click on the list you want select save as,

Go then to where you want it to be copied
Add this to your URL /_catalogs/lt/Forms/AllItems.aspx

Click Upload template

The templates (document library) in
[server]/_layouts/1046/spscreate.aspx

is different of the

[server]/Marketing/_layouts/1046/spscreate.aspx

How share templates of [server]/_layouts/1046/spscreate.aspx to
[server]/Marketing/_layouts/1046/spscreate.aspx
