I am trying to remove some content types that aren't going to be used anymore on
our production environment. I have managed to get to the point where I can see
the site content types, but when I try to delete them I get the error message
that the content type is part of an application feature. I have disabled and
then removed the features, but the site content types and site columns remain.
How would I remove these?
