This is my first post. Right now I am using the
Content Query Webpart. When a user logs in I want them to view the
tasks they have across all subsites in the site collection that have
not been completed.

My filter is the following:

Show "Assigned To" is equal to "[ME]"
and
"%Complete" is equal to "1.000000000" <---something like that

This works for the workflows but doesn't work for when users create
their own tasks outside of a workflow. I tried to do the folling

"Status" is not equal to "Completed"

It would not work, it's really irritating me and I don't understand
why it's not working.
