I am having issues with My Site

When you click on a user it takes you the user site
you can navigate through the link but wen you click on "My Content" it gives an
error
"There has been an error creating the personal site. Contact your site
administrator for more information."
but as administrator i can navigate to that link.

please what is wrong what should i do.


secondly i have a users in a group intranet members who have contribute right
but the users are able to edit site pade, permissions etc?
What am i not doing right
