Content Onganiser Rule in Sharepoint 2010

Hi,
I have created Content Organiser Rule to copy/move Item in Sharepoint 2010. There I can give give destination path by browsing feature. But I want to give Dynamic destination/ Destination at runtime, so that no need to create many rules. Is it possible in Sharepoint 2010 or in Sharepoint Designer 2010 ?
