Our Sharepoint Admins team has been tasked with finding a good contentmigration tool that can move libraries from SPS 2003 or folders fromnetwork shares to MOSS while preserving the metadata (particularly'Modified By', and 'Date Modified'). Does anyone have somerecommendations of 3rd party tools they have used or could we do thiswith Sharepoint Office Designer? Some of the network share folders arein excess of 1 GB.

Metalogix is a great product, however it's on the pricey side for anorganization of your size - however if you see the cost benefit to besomething that fits your needs, then definitely something to consider.
