Configuring Users Roles for Help Desk Template for MOSS 2007

I downloaded and installed the Help Desk Template.

The left Navigation contains three links:

Service Rep Home
Knowledge Mgr Home
Service Rep Mgr Home

This implies 3 different roles in Active Directory and that I should
be able to restrict access to these areas by Active Directory Role.

However, there is no place to configure this...

Please someone tell me I'm just missing it somehow.

If MS is going to provide a Template that implies 3 different roles,
there should be a way to restrict access to these areas.
