Commenting a approved/rejected document

can any one tell me, how to comment a approved/rejected document.

First you need to enable document  approval for a document library. Use the
following procedures:

1. Navigate to the document library that you want to enable document approval.
2. In the left menu, select Modify settings and columns.
3. Under the General Settings section, select Change general settings.
4. Select the Yes radio button in the Content Approval section.

To approve or reject a document, use the following procedures:

1. Navigate to the document library where you need to approve or reject the

3. This page will display a list of documents with their corresponding status,
i.e., pending, approved, rejected.
4. For all documents under the pending status section, hover over the file and
use the drop down menu and select Approve/reject.
5. On the next page, the Admin will have the option of approving, rejecting or
leave it pending.
